El Convento Villa

Living Area

The open plan living area has floor to ceiling glass windows and doors offering panoramic views of the garden and pool area. The ground floor offers two lounge areas with a quiet relaxing area and an entertainment based area with SKY TV and other digital channels. The living/dinning area provides stunning views of the grounds where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.

Kitchen

The ground floor also includes a fully equiped Porcelanoca designer kitchen with an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, electric hob, oven,microwave, washing machine tumble dryer, kettle, dishwasher and cutlery. Floor to ceiling windows look out onto the charming outdoor dining area, which seats up to 8 people, where you can enjoy fabulous food under the shade of a huge bay tree. Alongside the outdoor dining area is an elegant brick barbeque.

First Floor

At the top of the stairs on the first floor there is a chill-out lounge area with fabulous comfy corner sofa where you can relax and enjoy the satellite television and playstation. Alongside the chill-out lounge is a fabulous outdoor terraced balcony with fabulous views and is perfect for entertaining.  An amazing staircase leads from the upper terrace to the 150 square metre roof terrace.  You can see the whole of Cabo Roig from here with sea views on both sides.

Bedrooms  

There are 6 bedrooms in total throughout the villa with 2 bedrooms located in an annex on the ground floor (one double, one twin with pull out bed), while the remaining 4 bedrooms (one double, two twin and one twin with pull out bed), are located across the second floor. All bedrooms have their own individually controlled air conditioning units as well as built in wardrobes and ambiant lighting.  All bathrooms that have a toilet, wash basin and shower. All bed linen will be freshly put on the beds before arrival and can be changed weekly.

Outside Area

The garden is perfectly kept with a large flat lawn area, ideal for children to play and enjoy the sun. There is also a patio area located at the back of the garden from where you can enjoy the view of El Convento while relaxing in the shade of the sun. There is a brick barbeque outside near the kitchen and an outdoor dining area. The pool is kept clean and filtered and includes the option of heating the pool for late night swims while having LED lights located in the pool wall for fantastic colour effects as you swim. The gardens and grounds are completely private having been surrounded by secure brick wall and the driveway is private and gated holding one car with plenty of outdoor parking available.
